Contractor Notice: Pure Plumbing Company is a licensed contractor in the State of California (CSLB License 1042386). Information regarding the Contractors State License Board can be found at www.cslb.ca.gov.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing and using www.pureplumbingsd.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by Pure
   Plumbing Company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these
   Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
   
2. Services & Regulatory Compliance
   Pure Plumbing Company provides residential and commercial plumbing services in San Diego County
   and surrounding areas. All service requests made through the Site are subject to confirmation and
   availability.
   Home Improvement Contracts: All on-site plumbing services are governed by a separate Home
   Improvement Contract (HIC). This contract will be provided to the customer for review and signature
   before any work commences, as required by California law. In the event of a conflict between these Site
   Terms and the signed Service Contract, the signed Service Contract shall prevail.
   
3. Use of the Site
   You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:
   Submitting false or misleading information via contact forms.
   Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Site or its security features.
   Using any automated system (bots, scrapers) to access the Site for data mining purposes.
   
4. Payment Terms & Mechanics Lien Warning
   Payments for services are due upon completion of work unless otherwise specified in your signed
   Home Improvement Contract. Mechanics Lien Warning: Failure to pay for labor or materials provided
   may result in a mechanics lien against your property in accordance with California Civil Code sections
   8000-9566.
   
5. Intellectual Property
   All content on this Site, including text, logos, branding, and images, is the property of Pure Plumbing
   Company and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any
   content without express written permission.
   
6. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Plumbing Company shall not be liable for any indirect,
   incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our liability for plumbing
   services is strictly governed by the terms of the signed Home Improvement Contract.
   
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
   These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from the use of
   this Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Information We Collect
   We collect information you provide directly to us through our website contact forms, quote requests, or
   phone calls, including:
   Contact Data: Name, email address, phone number, and physical service address.
   Service Data: Information about your plumbing needs, property details, and project history.
